Jay Ryerse is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with more than 20 years of experience providing Information Technology and security solutions to businesses of all sizes. Mr. Ryerse lives in Atlanta, GA and sold his successful MSP business in 2014. Today he works closely with IT service providers to provide insight and best practices for securing business networks; especially regarding the latest in vulnerability

Anthony has over 28 years of experience with SMB technology and over 22 years of experience running a successful MSP, Cloud, VOIP provider, and cabling contractor.  He is a member of Vistage, ProTier, and a C7 licensed contractor.  He has assisted companies of all sizes and all over the country, and a few outside the country, in making sure their technology is in-line with the goals of the business.

When he founded Natural Networks in 1994, he had one goal, to provide reliable, efficient, and cost-effective, comprehensive IT solutions that would help businesses to reach and exceed their desired level of success.

Speaker Photo Jamison West, Teamatics

Jamison West is the CEO of Teamatics, a software company that transforms the way teams form and perform. Jamison spent the majority of his career as the CEO of Arterian, a Managed Services business that transitioned to a purely cloud focus in its latter years.

Jamison began his career directly out of college working as an IT director for a friend’s publishing company until he started his own business, Jamison West Consulting Services (JWCS), in 1995. His company began serving customers in Seattle and the surrounding areas with the ever-rising Microsoft technology and software needs. As the demand grew, so did JWCS, making four acquisitions from 2010 to 2012.

In 2011, JWCS was rebranded as Arterian, and has since won several Microsoft West Region Partner of the Year awards. Arterian became a Microsoft Cloud Champion and was one of the first Microsoft partners to become a Direct Cloud Solution Provider. Jamison’s path to success has been paved by his ability to be a motivational leader, a capable business consultant, and an industry visionary. When it comes to IT, Jamison’s forward-thinking approach has enabled him to predict upcoming trends and changes within the trade and determine how these innovations can be utilized in the business sphere.

He has over 15 years in IT Sales, with expertise in solutions sales & development, which gives him the ability to lead MSPs in increasing their sales and profitability.

In spite of starting her career in accounting, failing IBM’s entry level sales exam, being given a territory that had never bought anything, and being told she couldn’t sell without an engineering background, Kendra Lee entered the sales profession and proved those nay-sayers wrong. Joshua Liberman is the President and founder of Net Sciences, Inc. Joshua began working in the computer field in 1982, setting up the first IBM PC XT in Bakersfield, California. Moving into the networking field in 1990, Joshua started PC Services, doing LANtastic and later, Novell networks. As a contractor to the DOE from 1990 to 1995, Joshua developed one of the first digital video networks in the nation. After starting Net Sciences in 1996, Joshua began his migration to Microsoft networking and has since built and secured hundreds of Microsoft Windows networks over the past twenty years.  Joshua has been a rock & ice climber and mountaineer, a martial artist in several different styles, raced sports cars, and learned at least five languages, while traveling about half the world.  Joshua is also an event and party photographer, specializing in the IT industry and working nationwide.  In his spare times, Joshua read, travels extensively, works on his photography, and raises Siberian Huskys with his wife and best friend of 18 years, Heidi Olsen.

Karl earned his Bachelor’s Degrees from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash., and his Master’s Degree from University of Michigan. He is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Microsoft Certified Small Business Specialist.

Sherman Crancer is the Microsoft Community Connections  Business Development Manager. Previously he was the President of IPBidders.com.  His company was a fully managed IT services provider.  Sherman started his company in 2011 and provided IT Services nationwide.  Previously, as a National V.P, he supervised the deployment of complex network services and security for companies such as  Oracle, Google, Xerox and U-Haul.  He brings a big business perspective to Small-Medium sized businesses. Sherman’s responsibilities are to help the community through education and to help facilitate relationships with premier Microsoft partners.

Ro Kolakowski has more than 20 years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment analysis, and development of operational strategy with an emphasis in telecommunications and technology.

He was a senior equity analyst covering telecommunications companies in Latin America, including Telmex and Telebras while at D.A. Campbell Company Inc. In addition, he provided investment banking services to midmarket companies while at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Mr. Kolakowski has also served on the executive team overseeing the assets of the Greenspun family in Las Vegas, which included 13 operating companies (including the Las Vegas Sun, Vegas.com, and a significant stake in Cox Communications) and significant private and public equity portfolios. He dealt specifically with buyouts, private equity investments, financings, operational strategy, and the development of new business relationships on behalf of the Greenspun family.

In 2002, Mr. Kolakowski founded 6th Street Consulting, a management consulting firm focused on providing strategy and technology consulting services. Today, 6th Street Consulting is one of Microsoft's top partners in the country offering SharePoint and Office 365 services.

Mr. Kolakowski holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles and is also a chartered financial analyst. He also serves as the president of the Southern California Chapter of the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP).
