Derrick is an accomplished leader with over fifteen years experience in B2B management and leadership. He has expertise in sales and operations including strategic planning, team development, revenue/expense forecasting, financial planning and analysis, and indirect channel sales management. His core competencies include: channel sales, sales strategy and execution, new business development, leadership/coaching/team development, and consultative selling.

Derrick rejoined Cox Communications in 2015 as Agent Channel Manager after spending two years at Time Warner Business Class as Mid-Market Sales Manager. He started his MSO cable career with Cox Media in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA in 2004. He held several roles at Cox Media including Local Sales Manager, General Sales Manager and Vice President /General Manager covering Orange Country, Los Angeles, and Santa Barbara media sales operations. He was recognized for driving best in class new business revenue and earning top awards for outstanding performance.

Prior to Cox, Derrick held sales director roles at The Orange County Register in automotive, retail and national advertising verticals.

Tim Del Chiaro is Director of Marketing at Splashtop in San Jose, California. He is an evangelist for Splashtop remote desktop access and remote support solutions. With Splashtop, MSPs and IT professionals can be more productive with efficient remote desktop access and increase revenue by reselling remote access. Tim has extensive experience in technology product management, marketing, and service in categories including software development tools, database tools, and graphics/animation software. He is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley.

As The NPD Group’s Director of Industry Analysis for B2B Technology, Michael Diamond is a broad-based technology and channels analyst responsible for identifying current and emerging trends along with analyzing vendors’ go-to-market strategies in categories such as IT security, software-defined data center, IoT, AI, and cloud. Through his focus on driving deeper insights with clients, Michael is helping clients navigate the channel more effectively. 

Prior to joining NPD, Michael worked for Ingram Micro for 17 years in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, worldwide strategic planning, business intelligence, and North American strategic development. During his time at Ingram Micro, Michael was responsible for examining the global competitive and industry landscapes, identifying trends in vertical and sub-vertical markets, and analyzing near-term and future technology trends in the IT supply chain, including direct and indirect channel shifts.

Michael frequently participates in vendor and customer-facing events to share industry insights, small business trends, and the state of the IT channel, including The Channel Company’s XChange on Cybersecurity and Tech Data’s Advanced Technologies Symposium.  In addition, Michael has been quoted in news outlets and channel trades such as Bloomberg, TWICE, IBD, CRN, BizTech Magazine, Channelnomics, The Doyle Report, VARInsights, and Channel Happy Hour.

Brandon Burns is a Senior Executive focused on Business Development at Total Solutions, Inc., a Detroit-based Microsoft partner specializing in SharePoint and Custom Business applications. Brandon if focused on expanding Total Solutions' presence in Southern California, developing new partnerships, and capitalizing on new product opportunities in the market. Prior to joining Total Solutions, Brandon held Business Development, Consulting, and Finance roles at Accenture, IBM, Ferrazzi Greenlight, Goldman Sachs, and Raytheon. Brandon currently resides in West LA with his wife Maggie, two dogs, and two cats.

As the Founder and President of XBASE Technologies, Robin Chow’s quest for knowledge in the technology field started very early. At the age of 12 while still attending Junior High School, Robin received early admission to George Brown College where he studied programming and microprocessor design. Robin is tapped regularly by industry leaders in the technology sector as well as other MSP’s for his ability to listen, interpret and solve highly complex problems. Beller is a seasoned sales leader.  As senior vice president of sales for Sandler Partners, he oversees recruitment and management of the company’s sales partners including agents, VARs, and MSPs.  He also helps provide sales guidance and support on complex deals for their partners.  Previously, Beller held channel and sales management roles at companies such as MegaPath, Speakeasy, ICG, and Cable & Wireless. Speaker Photo Joshua Liberman, Net Sciences, Inc

Joshua Liberman is the President and founder of Net Sciences, Inc. Joshua began working in the computer field in 1982, setting up the first IBM PC XT in Bakersfield, California. Moving into the networking field in 1990, Joshua started PC Services, doing LANtastic and later, Novell networks. As a contractor to the DOE from 1990 to 1995, Joshua developed one of the first digital video networks in the nation. After starting Net Sciences in 1996, Joshua began his migration to Microsoft networking and has since built and secured hundreds of Microsoft Windows networks over the past twenty years.  Joshua has been a rock & ice climber and mountaineer, a martial artist in several different styles, raced sports cars, and learned at least five languages, while traveling about half the world.  Joshua is also an event and party photographer, specializing in the IT industry and working nationwide.  In his spare times, Joshua read, travels extensively, works on his photography, and raises Siberian Huskys with his wife and best friend of 18 years, Heidi Olsen.
