In 2011, JWCS was rebranded as Arterian, and has since won several Microsoft West Region Partner of the Year awards. Arterian became a Microsoft Cloud Champion and was one of the first Microsoft partners to become a Direct Cloud Solution Provider. Jamison's path to success has been paved by his ability to be a motivational leader, a capable business consultant, and an industry visionary. When it comes to IT, Jamison's forward-thinking approach has enabled him to predict upcoming trends and changes within the trade and determine how these innovations can be utilized in the business sphere.

In 2016, the managed services portion of Jamison's business was acquired by Aldridge, which positioned Arterian as a cloud solution provider from that point forward. Jamison has since transitioned from that business to help launch Teamatics. These episodes are created and distributed every 30 days in order to educate employees about the dangers that exist in cyber security. The episodes are delivered through a cloud based Learning Management system, and the viewer is challenged through an interactive component of the episode to answer questions correctly.

An informal conversation with one of his best friends, who was also a real estate broker and property manager, led to an engagement to computerize those operations. That friend started telling his associates how computers changed the way he did business and soon Bob had a computer consultancy established in the San Francisco area. From that single conversation a new business was created Ranvest Associates.

Bob has continued his professional development by becoming a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Microsoft Small Business Specialist. Additionally, as part of his focus on business continuity, Bob has developed a specialization in enterprise content management and earned the designation of Enterprise Content Management Practitioner from AIIM the Association for Information and Image Management. He also co-founded the Sacramento Small Business Server Technology Group in 2004 and has been its co-leader since its inception. Her duties included planning and employee readiness during internal first and best programs. The Windows 7 deployment was recognized for receiving the highest client satisfaction score in the history of MS first and best programs which are utilized to vet products for the Product Groups prior to making available externally as a product.

She has presented at the Executive Briefing Center located in Redmond, WA for over 10 years sharing best practices through “how IT did it” talks on subject to include, client deployment and management, security and Consumerization of IT to CEOs and Technical Executives.

Most recently Kathleen joined the Technology, Strategy and Solutions team as a Partner Technology Strategist for the West Region. Kathleen welcomes the opportunity to share her expertise gained during her time in IT with Microsoft SMB Partners.
